1. GOVERNING LAW AND CHOICE OF FORUM

2. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS

  • “As Is” Basis: The Site and products are provided without warranties. We disclaim all implied warranties (e.g., merchantability, fitness for purpose).
  • Exclusive Remedies: Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to cease using the Site or follow our Return Policy.
  • Liability Cap: Hoclin’s maximum liability is the greater of (a) the purchase price or (b) $100.
  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, supply chain issues).

3. ACCESS AND USE

  • License: You receive a limited, revocable license to access the Site for personal use only. Scraping, deep-linking, or unauthorized copying is prohibited.
  • Submissions: By submitting content (e.g., reviews), you grant Hoclin a perpetual, royalty-free license to use it globally.

4. PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS

  • Private Use Only: Commercial resale or export outside the U.S. is prohibited.
  • Payment: We accept major credit cards and digital payment methods listed on the Site. Store credits from Hoclin retail stores are not redeemable online.
  • Delivery:
  • Ships to U.S. (including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico). No PO boxes.
  • Adult signature required for delivery.
  • Cancellations: Allowed until shipment (except personalized/pre-order items).

5. GENERAL TERMS

  • Changes: We may update these Terms by posting revisions on the Site.
  • Severability: If any clause is invalid, the rest remain enforceable.

6. CANCELLATION, RETURN, AND STORE CREDIT POLICY

  1. Cancellations: Free until shipment (except personalized items).
  2. Returns:
  • 7-day window: Items must be unused, in original packaging with tags.
  • Refunds: Issued to original payment method within 1–2 billing cycles.
  1. Store Credits: Valid for 1 year at U.S. retail stores only.

7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

8. OMNICHANNEL SALES (PAY BY LINK)

  • Distant Sales: Orders placed via boutique staff and paid through a “Pay By Link” email.
  • Terms: Mirror Sections 1–7, with adjustments for in-store initiated purchases.
  • Returns: Follow the same 30-day policy but may be processed in-store for store credit.
