We ship to all destinations worldwide.

Is my payment secure?
Absolutely. Our checkout is powered by PayPal and Stripe, ensuring industry-standard encryption and fraud protection. We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
We accept order modification or cancellation requests strictly within 8 hours of purchase. Because we process orders quickly to ensure the fastest delivery possible, we are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations after this 8-hour window.

Why can I not view the status of my order?
You may have placed the order under a Guest Account. If you placed your order as a guest and would like a status update, please contact our Support Team with your order number, and we will gladly assist you.

  1. Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?
Order processing takes 3 to 5 business days. Once shipped, delivery to the USA typically takes 7 to 15 business days via Insured Standard Shipping. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the official carrier’s website. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

What happens if my package is lost?
We stand behind the quality of our delivery service. If your tracking updates stop progressing for more than 45 days from the shipping date, you are entitled to a full refund or a free replacement, subject to confirmation by the shipping carrier.

Are there any customs duties or taxes?
Most international orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties depending on your country’s regulations. Customers are responsible for these fees as well as any applicable local taxes, which are calculated or notified according to your destination’s laws.

What is your return policy?
We accept return requests within 14 days of the original delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and original packaging intact.

How do I start a return?
If you wish to return or exchange a product, please contact our customer support team or fill out our Refund Form within the 14-day window. We will provide you with the return address and further instructions. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
