Refund and Returns Policy

1. Order Information or Status Changes

We only accept order modification requests within 8 hours of purchase. These modifications include:

  • Updating order information, such as shipping address and other details.
  • Changing selected variations, including size, color, or the product itself.
  • Modifying the order status, i.e., canceling the order.

Important Notices

  1. Please be aware that we are not responsible for lost packages under the following circumstances:
  • The recipient has moved without notifying us prior to order shipment.
  • No one is present at the delivery address, or the recipient cannot be reached by phone at the time of delivery.
  • The local carrier damages the package due to the recipient’s prolonged absence.
  • Attempts to contact the recipient via email or SMS are unsuccessful.
  1. After 8 hours of purchase:
  • Order information (e.g., shipping address and other details) cannot be modified.
  • Selected variations (e.g., size, color, or the product itself) cannot be changed.
  • The order cannot be canceled.

2. Order Cancellation

  • If you cancel your order, the refund will be processed within 5 business days.
  • We will issue the refund using the same payment method you originally used.

3. Order Returns

  • Returns are not accepted if delivered more than 3 days after the original delivery date.
  1. Please click the “Refund Form” button and complete it within 3 days of receiving your package if you wish to return or exchange a product. Emails sent during weekends or public holidays will be responded to on the next business day.
  2. Our customer service team will provide you with the return address if your return request is approved. Note: Not reviewing product details does not constitute a quality defect. Please read the product information for each item carefully before placing your order.
  3. Please ship the returned package within 3 days of receiving the return address.
  4. Please be aware that customers are responsible for return shipping fees. We recommend shipping the return using an insured and traceable shipping service.
  5. You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow 5 business days from the date we receive your package for processing.

4. Special Cases – Lost Packages

  • If tracking updates have stopped for more than 45 days from the shipping date, the customer is entitled to a full refund or free reshipment, subject to confirmation of the loss by the shipping carrier.

5. General Return Policy

  • Merchandise must not have been worn, altered, or washed.
  • All tags must remain attached to the merchandise, and items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Returning merchandise without the original security tag, or with a damaged security tag, may result in a delayed refund or disqualification from a refund.
  • The original product box must be included in its original condition, without any shipping labels affixed. A fee will be charged for returning a product without its original box.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • Clearance products are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Please be aware that customers are responsible for return packages that are not received on time, for situations where the customer cannot be reached by phone, or for any late or unpaid customs duties. Unfortunately, we cannot offer compensation for losses, damage, or returns arising from such circumstances. We appreciate your understanding.
