At Hoclin, we are committed to delivering high-quality products to our customers across the United States. Below are the terms and conditions that govern our shipping policy.
1. Shipping Destinations & Address Accuracy
We currently ship exclusively to the United States.
- Physical Addresses: To ensure the fastest and most secure delivery, we strongly recommend providing a residential or commercial physical address.
- P.O. Boxes: While we strive to deliver to P.O. boxes, please be aware that some of our express shipping partners may encounter difficulties delivering to these locations. To avoid delays or failed delivery, a physical street address is preferred.
- Military Addresses: We do not currently ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
- During periods of high order volume, processing may be delayed by a few additional days.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Note: The total estimated time to receive your order (processing + shipping) typically ranges between 10 to 20 business days. Most of our customers receive their packages sooner, but these timelines are estimates and may vary based on shipping conditions.
4. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
- Please enter your tracking number into the search box on the provided website to track your shipment status.
- Note: Tracking information may take 24 to 48 hours to appear or update in the carrier’s system after you receive your tracking number.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the official carrier’s website.
5. Special Cases – Lost Packages
We stand behind the quality of our delivery service. If your tracking updates stop progressing for more than 45 days from the shipping date, you are entitled to a full refund or a free replacement.
- This benefit is subject to confirmation of the lost package by the shipping carrier.
- This guarantee does not apply to packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, or to delays caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.
6. Customs Duties & Taxes
Hoclin is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (such as tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer. (Note: Most orders shipped within the United States are not subject to additional customs fees.)
7. Delivery Issues & Unclaimed Packages
- Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for undeliverable packages due to incomplete or incorrect address information provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
- Unclaimed Packages: Customers are responsible for collecting their packages from local postal offices in a timely manner. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for packages that are damaged, discarded, or returned by the carrier due to failed delivery attempts or inability to contact the recipient.
- Refused Packages: We do not issue refunds for packages refused at the time of delivery. If you no longer need the product, please accept the delivery and then initiate a formal return request in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy.
