1. Placing Your Order
Shopping at Hoclin is designed to be intuitive and fast:

- Add to Cart: Once selected, click the “Add to Cart” button to save your items.
- Checkout: Review your items in the Cart, then proceed to Checkout to finalize your purchase.
2. Shipping Address & Delivery Requirements
During the Checkout process, please pay close attention to your address details:
- Physical Addresses Only: For the fastest and most secure delivery, we strongly recommend providing a residential or commercial street address.
- P.O. Boxes: Some express carriers may struggle with P.O. Box deliveries. A physical address is always preferred to avoid delays.
- Military Addresses: Please note that we do not currently ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

3. The 8-Hour Modification Window
We understand that mistakes can happen. Hoclin provides a strict 8-hour window after purchase to request changes:
- Update Information: Change your shipping address or contact details.
- Change Variations: Swap colors, sizes, or the product itself.
- Order Cancellation: Request a full refund and cancel the order within this timeframe.
- After 8 Hours: The order is sent to our fulfillment center and cannot be modified or canceled.
4. Receiving & Returning Items
We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, here is how we handle it:
- The 3-Day Rule: You must complete the “Refund Form” within 3 days of receiving your package.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags and security seals intact.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. We recommend using a traceable and insured service.
- Exclusions: Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

5. Shipping Timelines & Tracking
- Destination: We ship exclusively within the United States.
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
- Delivery Estimate: Most customers receive their orders within 10 to 20 business days (Processing + Shipping).
- Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. (Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier system to update).
6. Lost Packages & Delivery Issues
- Lost in Transit: If tracking updates stop for more than 45 days, you are entitled to a full refund or a free replacement.
- Unclaimed Packages: We are not responsible for packages discarded or returned due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
